Hello Fairview Teachers, Students, and Families!

I am extremely excited to return to Fairview Elementary School as an Assistant Principal.  I am privileged to be able to say that I am an advocate for public education with a range of experiences that have contributed to my preparation for school leadership.  As an educator for the past 14 years, I have taught in various elementary grade-levels.  I have served as both a school-level Instructional Coach and as a Curriculum & Instruction Specialist at the district level.  I am proud to be a part of Newton County School System and Fairview Elementary’s long history of educational success.

I firmly believe parent and community involvement, as well as communication and collaboration are essential to nurturing the whole child and to the overall success of our school.  So, I am excited to get to know each of you, as well as engage collaboratively with our entire community.  With your support and involvement, I’m confident Fairview will continue to be a wonderful place for students to learn and grow!

I am confident that each student’s experience at Fairview Elementary will be filled with many engaging learning experiences that will add value and enrich the life of each child.  I am committed to working with students, staff, and families to help ensure a high-quality educational experience for each child that enters our school.  I look forward to all that the future holds!
